Field Sales Executive Job at Dukkantek

Malayalam & English Speaking

Salary: QAR 2000 Only + HIGH Commission (+ car if car is needed by candidate, (if car is not needed, the package is still 2000)

Commission is QAR 350-500 per sale depending on how many sales you have, people with 25 sales at the end of the month will be making a total compensation of QAR 14,500

Dukkantek is a technology company that provides a store management solution to local stores and shops across the Middle East and Turkey, offering a subscription based all in one solution that includes but not limited to:

POS System & Machine + Barcode Scanner
Customer Management System + Customer Credit Management
Live Inventory Management System
Mobile Application for shop Owners & Managers, and for employees to adjust/reconcile inventory
a 2nd Mobile Application for consumers to order from the shop
Order Management System to manage online orders from consumer mobile app
Intelligent Reporting Tool (generating store data reports & transaction reports that calculate sales-revenue-profit-peak hours etc...)

Job Qualifications:

Valid Driving License
Valid Visa in Qatar
4+ Years Minimum Successful Field Sales Experience
Very Hard Work Ethic & Success Mentality

Job Description:

High Expectations of Sales, but will be very well rewarded in commission
Reporting to Manager, Answering to Manager
Fully Understanding Dukkantek Service as well as Pricing Model
Going on the field every day and doing 20+ visits to local shops like groceries, laundries, clothing stores, hardware stores or any kind of local stores and presenting them with the Dukkantek Store Managemnet Solution
Submitting Online Visit Form after Every Visit
Working well under pressure
