Leads and manages the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department in alignment with internal SOP guidelines and working practices
Ensures a superior standard of washing and cleaning for all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment in support of our Food & Beverage team
Conducts regularly scheduled daily debriefings and meetings
Supervises and maintains the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other areas assigned
Ensures all items are reviewed and guarantees proper set-ups are in place
Works closely with the BOH team to anticipate team’s needs
Controls all inventory of cleaning compounds at an assigned area, stock and maintains supply rooms
Ensures that all equipment is in working order and reports any items in need of repair or maintenance
Maintains a clean and safe work environment in strict adherence to the internally H&S;standards and regulations
Performs other duties as assigned by the senior management team .

Education and Qualification
College degree in a related discipline an asset or a sufficient experience in managing stewarding team and/or certificate or letters of recommendation from the relevant field
Min level of English language knowledge of A2

Experience
1 year total experience in Logistics or Cleaning & Waste services
Previous leadership experience in a Stewarding department required
Previous experience in a customer facing environment;
