Operate & maintain BMS associated equipment
Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing and mechanical work order systems
Carry out routine checks report & repair any defect found
To enable to ensure safe working conditions
Supervising the preventive maintenance program
Report incident and unsafe working environment without delay to engineering management
Oversee the prompt response, creating and close work orders on the same shift/duty
Trouble shoots and repairs challenging issues on duty
To provide feedback and advice to the Lead Engineer on operation, materials, work, method and other items for maximum efficiency of resources
To ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice on operation, materials, work, method and other items for maximum efficiency of resources
The ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed
المهارات
Must Have a degree or certification for Building Management System BMS.
Knowledge in BMS control systems in all facilities of the infrastructure that includes HVAC/chiller systems and access control systems.
Should be able to communicate in English
Should passed the trade test and medically fit to work.
