Responsible for ensuring that a company has a very clear strategy when purchasing goods and services. The Procurement Manager may set policies for purchasing that take into account budgets, stock requirements and skills required.
Procurement Managers develop a protocol that outlines how companies purchase goods and services. They mastermind company policies relating to procurement to ensure that purchasing is managed consistently throughout the organization, making it easier to stay on budget and receive budget approval
Liaises with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company
Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
Researches new products and services to meet the company’s goals
Assesses the total costs of company purchases
Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels

Must have a background in International Purchasing.
Must have excellent negotiation skills.
Trustworthy and Honest.
At least 5 years minimum managerial experience.
Locally available (Qatar)
With a valid Qatar driving license
With leadership skills
Organize
