Responsible for the profitability and development by Leading and managing the Butchery category to achieve targeted budget Sales/GP/Value & Contribution,
Demonstrated understanding of retail industry and category trends

Efficiently using computerized programs to manage items performances, reports and analysis.
Ability to build successful relationships with all parties of the supply chain network.

المهارات
Demonstrated understanding of Meat and seafood industry , origins , assortment and cutting tests,
5 years’ experience in retail as category manager and buyer within leading retailers middle east.
Ability to manage profits and knowledge of Meat Yield (cutting test)
Hands on experience with analysing data and market trends
Presentation and communication skills
SAP
Involve to negotiate with supplier to achieve commercial through BDA or below the line income
Maintain category margin and contribution value.
Involve to negotiate with supplier to rent gondola, floor display, shelf space etc.
Involve to negotiate with suppliers promo plan and activities for category profits and extra income.
Looking for new Supplier to get customer benefit & additional income.
Implement action plan on excess stock and slow moving items
Make sure all range & promotion item should be available during promo period.
Involve and support the category manager to prepare and implement the planogram to maximize sales,GP,,and space utilization
Follow-up with warehouse for regular & promotion item transfer.
Top selling item report share with supplier to secure stock in advance.
Maintain competitive prices and profits are maximized.
Ensure the availability of regular range on shelf.
Generate D.C purchase order on time avoid out of stock in stores
Maintain optimum stock.
Improve and maximized inventory turn.
Prepare over stock & slow moving item list& discuss with category manager.
Prepare Ex-promotion stock report & share with category manager for action.
Involve in all process of dep work.
Implement the process of dep.
Prepare promotion details sheet
Proof reading and confirmation of flyer item ( Price, Description, photo of item )
Create BDA and other income contract in system.
Time management
Involve in preparing annual budget of Sales/Purchase/Inventory/GM/BM..
Analyzing actual result to budget and prepare action plan to achieve variance target.
Forecast right qty for promotion and D.C flag items through previous history sales.
. Stores visit :
Identify visit prospects.
Checking :
Implementation of planogram .
Availability of items.
Over stock and action.
Discussion with store manager the ways to maximize Sales, GP for category
Identify issues to solve.
Competitor visit :
Frequently competitor store visit to observe new trend, pricing & promotion
Observe supplier’s investment
Developing and maintaining successful relations with vendors to get the best services.
Evaluate supplier performance by service Level, GP, Range etc.
Involve to negation with supplier long & short terms agreement
Involve in periodical meeting to evaluate previous performance and to prepare plan for coming period and solving any problems.
