الوصف الوظيفي Job Summary: Barista Maestros are responsible for leading a shift when required to do so, opening and closing the store to the standard required by Costa. Train and support all Baristas in delivering the unbeatable coffee experience to all our customers. Job Responsibilities: Lead the shift when assigned by the Store Manager, taking responsibility for delivering brand standards in: Cash management, opening and closing the store, ordering consumables/ food, monitoring/ customer service, and accepting deliveriesPerform all tasks as defined in the Barista Job DescriptionTrain all new team members to Barista level using the Barista Core and Coffee SkillsCheck the quality of the espresso by accurately measuring & recording the grind & doseEnsure that all drinks are made and served to brand standardEnsure that all coffee equipment is in good working orderComplete a monthly audit of the Coffee Excellence Brand Standards on Costa Check, review scores, and action plan accordinglyUndertake the daily Health and Safety/Food Safety walk roundBrief in & communicate any changes to drinks recipes or the launch of any seasonal drinks and foodEnsure all food & beverage items are delivered and displayed as per standard المهارات · Passionate about coffee standards · Passionate about training and coaching · Brand Ambassador · Full knowledge of existing Costa standards · Must be an accredited Barista · Completed core & coffee skills workbooks · Excellent communication skills – verbal and written · Good organization skills – ability to plan training · Computer proficiency · Shift supervisor experience · Experience in Hospitality Industry Education: · High School/Diploma تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/barista-maestro-4232985/ |
