Responsible for supervising warehouses, inventory control, receiving and warehousing operations, material handling, transportation and distribution, and working to improve the organization’s supply chain efficiencyRoles and responsibilitiesManage warehouse strategically in accordance with the organization’s policies and vision.Supervising the operations of receiving, warehousing, distribution, maintenance, and periodic and continuous inventory.The planning, preparation and ensuring the optimal use of the available spaces.Follows up on compliance with all storage and shipping requirements and legislation.Documents the materials entering and leaving the warehouse.Supervises the correct arrangement of materials and products inside the warehouses, and puts identification cards for the warehouses and the contents of each warehouse so that they can be easily accessed without trouble.Sets plans and builds a database on the assets and whereabouts of goods in each store.Make sure to use the first-in, first-out method.Follow up the process of receiving and arranging the goods in a proper manner to avoid damage or breakage.Manages and organizes the time of warehouse workers, including store keepers and drivers, and trains them.Ensures that warehouses are kept clean and goods are easily accessible.Ensures the safety of storage in warehouses and the presence of safety means against fire.Ensures that warehouses are ventilated for the goods that require this.Develops warehouse management models.Prepares reports and statistics periodically, such as entry and exit reports and available quantities reports.Manages the movement of vehicles and drivers and prepares distribution plans and programs in coordination with the Marketing and Sales Department.
المهارات
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar.Experience: 5 years of practical experience, including 2 years of experience in the field of e-commerce and marketing. Practical experience in the field of import and customs clearance. Practical experience in data collection and analysisUse of computer applications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Fluency in both Arabic and English typing, Proficiency in working on an ERP System application. Communicate with high efficiency in both languages by e-mail and use it constantly.Language: Fluency in written and spoken English, Ability to write reports and correspondences in English
