With us you will:
Technically lead DevOPS team, which are responsible to handle day-to-day operations of Digital Channels (App/Web/Chatbots). He/she will govern the operational performance of the digital channels and will be the final technical authority to accept proposed changes on production environment. In addition, he/she shall document and govern operational processes of digital channels and support Dev team for technical decisions.
You will also have an assisting role in the Digital & BSS domain to adapt DevOPS best practices. Role shall have hands on experience for widely used CI CD tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, ELK, Sonar Cube, BitBucket and Nexus for both mobile, web and application development
Role will have the admin rights of the tools and do regular maintenance and support activities. Role will also observe the adaptation rate of the tools and prepare reports through necessary tools.
Lead DevOPS team for day-to-day operations
Govern operational processes for digital DevOPS team
Support Dev teams for technical guidance
Prepare periodical reports and lead proactive maintenance activities
Stakeholder Management
Support Delivery teams with any issue regarding CI/CD tools
Do regular maintenance of the tools such as data cleaning, archiving, patching
Help development teams to create new pipelines
Prepare regular reports to demonstrate the success of the running pipelines
Adopt Agile and DevOps best practices and injecting them in the core of delivery DNA
Manage BAU (Business as Usual) activities such as user creation, license renewals, project creation, workflow creation etc.
Support test automation team via creating necessary pipelines and scripts
Support bulk provisioning via creating necessary pipelines and scripts
المهارات
Apply if you have:
5+ years of experience in Digital Channels
8+ years expert years of either development or operations.
DevOps experience is highly required
Experience in working with yaml files and scripting languages
Experience of client/server web technologies
Familiar with cloud oriented technologies: AWS, Google Cloud, Dockers, etc.
Relevant certifications and qualifications will be advantageous
Stakeholder Management
Proven, innovation/start up based experience
Experience with continuous integration frameworks, self-testing builds and release
Creative thinking and business relevant competencies will be advantageous
Contributed as part of scrum teams effectively
