With us you will:

You will be responsible incident management, change management and configuration management related to IP transport domain. Being a fully IP converged network and positioning of IP transport nodes in the network, responsible to perform a pivotal role in providing end to end connectivity, troubleshooting with other stake holders and stabilize the connectivity and ensuring the network KPIs.
You will be also responsible to maintain IPT connectivity with our ISP, manage Vodafone’s local cache devices and manage DDoS platform
Responsible for operational task related to mobile backhaul, International IP transits,
Manage Vodafone owned CDNs like Facebook Cache, Google (GGC), AKAMAI, Netflix OCA
Responsible to manage and maintain International interconnect for Voice/Data and Roaming.
Manage Broadband Network Gateways (BNG) routers to provide seamless service for Enterprise and Broadband customers.
Manage Arbor TMS (DdoS platform) which requires profile optimization based on customer requirement, traffic trend and perform threat intelligence.
Responsible for end-to-end Incident management for IP domain aligned with ITIL process.
Responsible for KPIs analysis and systems evaluation after any major planned changes in the IP transport network or any other network element based the demand.
Support Change Champions for any critical changes with pre-post checks and continuous network performance monitoring for the scheduled period.
Validate all the network changes done by other team members in IP transport domain
Support activities related to event and contingency plan of Vodafone Qatar.
Perform network audits and analyses with the focus on proactive detection and proposing mitigation plan for potential risks.
Develop and apply testing procedures and test documents, perform validations for solution, migration, software release, device feature, interoperability tests etc. for any new system deployed in IP networks.
As per the on call duty policies, will be responsible incident management during out of office hours
المهارات
Apply if you have:

Bachelor in Telecom /Computer Networking Engineering, CS, IT, Electronics & Comm or related field
Min 5 years of experience in implementing IP/MPLS networks
Strong background in IP technologies, Data Communication, LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN service.
Strong knowledge on Broadband Network (BNG), VoIP and IPTV
Strong knowledge on DDoS platform preferably Netscout-Arbor.
Knowledge on Telco cloud networking, Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) and software defined networking (SDN) will be add-on.
Good understanding Mobile network elements and its functionalities.
Good knowledge on CDNs like Facebook cache, Google cache, AKAMAI
Good understanding on international interconnect.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Basic knowledge Big data analysis and data mining.
Team player with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, self-motivated personality, and eagerness to learn
IP Certification (NRS1-NRS2, CCNA-CCNP etc.)
Multi-vendor Interoperability experiences (HP/Huawei/Cisco/Fortinet/Nokia)
Good knowledge in Nokia IP Networks products such as 7x50 Routers, 7210 SAS, 7705 SAR, 5620 SAM
Certification in DDoS platform preferably on Netscout-Arbor
Good knowledge on HP 10K Series, 12K Series and 7500 series switches
Good knowledge on cisco nexus series switches
Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, Server HW, Architecture, Virtualization
Preferably ITIL foundation certified with good understanding of ITIL Service Operation like Incident Management, Problem management etc.
Knowledge on Fortinet and F5 security devices desired
