With us you will:
As part of the RAN Engineering team he/she will get acquainted with and contribute to the different aspects of the RAN network planning and optimisation activities (2G/3G/4G/5G). Work to achieve coverage and capacity requirements whilst being responsible for enhancing and maintaining the quality figures in the whole network from customer perception point of view as well as statistics point of view. Responsible of new features and products testing and material planning and budget planning activities.
Owner of 2g/3G/4g/5G capacity dimensioning and forecast
Prepare the master plan for the outdoor coverage and capacity sites in his/her region.
Owner of providing all Planning related documents and activities of the site deployment life cycle in his/her region according to the communicated Master Plan.
Owner of handling and solving any customer complaint coverage or capacity related in his/her region.
Owner of area LRP capacity and coverage dimensioning in his/her region.
Update the RF database with the planned and on air sites in his/her region.
Keep the planning tool up to date with the life and planned sites and design of his/her region.
Owner of planning tool propagation model tuning and toll administration.
Assessing and testing of different radio sites’ hardware and software solutions
المهارات
Apply if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/ Electrical /Electronic / Communications Engineering or related fields.
Preferred 6 Years of experience in RAN Engineering, or RF Optimisation& Design
PC Knowledge: MS Office Package, Internet Package, Win 2000 and Radio Planning Tools is a must (ATOLL/MapInfo).
Technical skills: Fully aware of the different Radio Access technologies and technical concepts and vendors roadmaps
Personal skills: Self-Motivated, Can Work under stress, Team Work Spirit and Initiative, problem solving and decision making
Special requirements: Good communication and presentation skills
