Coordinates with the superior in maintaining and administering Core Infrastructure (network and servers)
To be responsible for maintaining and administering Microsoft Windows Servers and Services (AD, DC, FS, CS, Email and System Center including other software solutions like Rightfax, SMS, TAS, YMS and etc)
To be responsible for all Network devices and Hardware servers migration in coordination with Senior Team Member
To be responsible for backing up servers data, OS, Application and VMs including configuration
Periodically conduct backup restoration test to ensure that data backups are in good condition and available upon needed especially for disaster recovery
Establishes and controls network access procedures, protocols services, Internet access, VPN, voice including communication services to TMC (TGEMS, TMAP, OASIS, COSMOS and etc.)
Collects and compiles statistics on network and server usage, layouts and hardware configuration details and submit to the direct superior
Maintains up-to-date inventory/records of all Core Infrastructure devices i.e. voice communications, network devices, hardware servers and storage upon received of the materials, including the Licensing document details regardless of the products/brands (Microsoft, Cisco, RightFax, Citrix and etc.)
Accurately document instances of software or hardware failure, repair or installation/configuration
Continuously liaises and coordinates with concerned units on any operational or network/servers changes
Liaises and coordinates with the local service providers for any issues and/or required enhancement related to network and/or telecommunications
To be responsible for maintaining state-of-the-art DataCenter, network connectivity and video/voice communications
To be responsible for all the remote connections from Data Center Head Quarters to branches using MPLS, OTP or any latest WAN technology
Prepares analytical reports on the performance of existing network and suggests means to enhance/upgrade machines efficiency
Provides periodic IT Audit reports (in coordination with Senior Team member) related to Core Infrastructure (Network and Servers ) to the direct superior
