Lead the definition of data governance processes, standards, rules and policies and implement the same in Data Lake and analytics use cases under the data strategy.

Essential Skills:

Play a lead role in identifying the right IT solution for Data Governance and ensure it’s full fledged usage. Create Data Governance playbook to help implementation, adoption and dissemination. Work with partners at all levels within the organization including data stewards, data owners, product owners, data engineers, data analysts to ensure governance practices & policies are being followed. Define data quality process flow, data profiling, data quality dimensions & assessment. Work closely with business leads to ensure data governance requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, well understood and implemented. Align data management practices with regulatory requirements. Translate the data governance process in to an operating model keeping in mind incremental tangible business value at each step. Define required matrices to measure and track progress of data governance adoption, implementation.
