Key Responsibilities Platform maintenance in terms of performance, security, compliance, scalability, uptime & evergreening. Standardization & Consolidation of BI tools / environments to lower TCO ensuring resiliency. Usage monitoring, alert wastage & feedback loop integration. Establish Disaster Recovery, Backup & Restore process, business continuity. المهارات Installation of BI tools and configuration. Maintenance planning and communication. Patching & release management. Contracts management, maintain strategic relation with BI partners and Service Levels monitoring. Build auto-health check monitoring & alerting, integration with NOC. Ensure 24 / 7 platform support. Provide solution to common BI platform problems to address pain points of BI developers / users.
