Senior Civil Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
To assist with the review/assessment of contractor proposals, method statements, material submittals.
To supervise works and to ensure they are carried out in a timely and safe manner so as not to hinder the airport operations.
You are required to carry out site inspections of the project and generate snags/punch lists and to follow up with the rectification works.
To monitor staff movement and ensure works are completed timeously.
To ensure all equipment (tools, metering equipment) are in proper operational order.
Responsible for the ordering of all required spare parts and their availability at all times.
Conduct inspection of all equipment’s and facilities and to generate inspection report on a regular basis as stipulated by management and Engineers
· Supervision of work as site as per instructed

· Planning of construction activities.

· Inspection of all activities on site.

· Keeping co-ordination with site execution people, consultants & project management.

المهارات
· Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification or equivalent.

· Minimum 10 years’ Experience in Construction Projects related to Civil Engineering Discipline.

· Must have high proficiency in written and spoken English, with an excellent capability in written technical skills, and liaison skills.

· Ability to plan and execute time management skills.

· Ability to prepare written reports

· Ability to use all aspects of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and associated software.

· Able to prepare snagging lists.

· Experience in work planning at site.
