In this role you will lead, motivate, coach and develop a high performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to be the destination for Digital Innovation & Technology in Qatar. You will also manage the in-store activities and Events.

With us you will be responsible to..

Inspire, coach, train, and develop a team of Experience Experts to consistently provide exceptional customer experience and drive for results
Develop Store Strategy including Customer Experience, Expand Store Footfall, optimize profitability and meet and Exceed Sales Performance Targets
Maintain a luxury environment, ensuring excellent execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising guidelines across the store
Ensure effective collaboration across channels, and with the other vofadone stores
Monitor, analyze and report on the KPIs. Identify and develop top talent among Staff and managers
Build relationship with partnerships with leading enterprises/companies, vendors and other stakeholders to successfully conduct Events in-store
Have a high level of competence in the support of disciplinary and grievance management as necessary
المهارات
Apply if you have…

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing and Engineering
Minimum 10 years of Management Experience in a Retail store or luxury showroom in Telecom or any fast-paced industries
Fluent in Arabic and English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Digital/ Technology Awareness/ Devices/ Handsets/ Social media
Candidates Born in Qatar will be highly prefered
