الوصف الوظيفي · Troubleshooting mcc panels and electrical control circuit which has contactors, relays and timers · Experience in proximity switches, under over voltage instruments, phase sequence instruments, air circuit breaker, soft starters, VFDs, power meters, ammeters, voltammeter and mcc accessories water pumps (vertical, center fug, multistage & submersible, dry& shaft) pumps, blowers & compressors surge vessels · Capable of progress, modifying and design control circuits · Good knowledge in plc · Capable of repairing machines with and without wiring diagram · Good knowledge of maintenance papers (work order, assets job plan, down time and break down analysis) &Maximo;program · Good knowledge in chlorine gas system · Good knowledge in fire alarms systems calibration, maintains and installation analog and digital transmitters and sensors (do meter, chlorine analyzer, NH4, NH3, flow meters, ultra-sonic level, sludge level, ph. meter, eco graph T) · Good knowledge in motorize valves or actuators, pneumatic valves, fire alarm, fire trace, firefighting system · OCU (odor control unit) carbon type, bio air type · Good knowledge in networks and raiser mains component as air release valves, gate valves, washout valves, NRVs · Capable of leading a teamwork. · Attending client and third-party audit · Study new projects in tendering stage, pricing new projects proposal and submittal snag list in hand over stage · Review annual spare parts and making balance between cost base line and client required · Review all reports before submittal to the client · Guide engineers and all staff in charge and technical support for all electrical work and instrumentation who with company and report to framework manger and branch manager (as head section) المهارات · Working on XPEDEON system · Negotiate and establish repair cost and parts pricing with commercial vendors. · Monitor workshop administration and manage the group and submit the report to the management. · Review quality plan · Development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures related to the plants and equipment maintenance and make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures. · Participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. · Establish schedules and methods for providing equipment maintenance services; identify resource needs, review needs with appropriate management staff, allocate resources accordingly. · Monitor and control supplies and equipment; order spare parts, supplies, and tools as and when required; prepare documents for equipment procurement. · Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field. · Responsible for formulating operational strategies/revenue generation methodologies to ensure profitability. · Develop criteria, application instructions, procedural manuals, asset job plan · review monthly reports and sending to the client. · Drive the practice of project management through every facet of the business operations – on-time deliverables, within budget and with optimal quality · Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives. · Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. · Review risk plan, opportunity, and threats review qualitative, quantitative and risk response for both as an exploit, escalate, share, enhance accept (for the opportunity), avoid, transfer, mitigate and accept (for threats). · Study and analytical all risks, review an identified risk, review updated risk register, implement risk response · Monitor risks تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/maintenance-engineer-4482930/ |
