Job Description

Interior Planners are the first point of contact with the customer. They are responsible for the planning of kitchens and wardrobes of the customer.

Planning & Sales

Understands the customer need, the dimensions of the living space and then plan the best solution possible.
Ensure that the customer gets the measurement appointment within 24 hours of enquiry.
Responsible for booking the measurement appointment at the customers residence.
Following up with a planning meeting.
Suggests the right accessories, appliances and close the sale.
Work closely with the fitters to minimise errors in planning and thereby reduce the overall costs of the kitchen.
Ensure achievement of sales targets.

Customer Service

Understand the customer needs and provide a “solution based sales”.
Always keep the customer first and work with fitters, product executive to provide seamless service
Should provide constant feedback on the performance of products ( internal and external) to the Product / Master Data executive.

Education: High School or certificate course from technical institutes

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 2+ years as Interior designers / Kitchen planners preferably in Home retail.

Behavioural Competencies: Positive personality, team player, problem solver

المهارات
Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks: Excellent knowledge of planning tools is a must. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat/ Sketch is an added advantage.
