Hiring the required manpower to the project in accordance with project budgets.
Responsible for all the recruitment process for the project; from selection to onboarding .
Establishing and developing manpower planning policies & procedures.
Managing manpower planning process and implementation of the manpower plans.
Periodically monitor and report on manpower activities and review actual manpower movements against planned to ensure that plans are adhered to and variations are identified, and the necessary action is taken.
Monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours.
Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff.
Assisting with HR processes, such as payroll administration, compensation and benefit plans, and staff training.
Collaborating on resource management with internal departments.
Documenting processes and maintaining records.
Keeping informed on labour laws and trends in resource management.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or similar.
A post-secondary qualification in business management or finance will be advantageous.
At least 5 years experience in resource management in a similar industry.
Hands on experience in handling massive project.
Proficiency in human resources and project management software.
Experience in managing budgets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
In-depth knowledge of applicable labour laws.
