The Fixed Home Broadband Senior Specialist will play a key role in the segments & marketing team within consumer business unit for postpaid customer base. He/she will be responsible to drive and manage the marketing activities, manage performance take ownership on postpaid churn.
With us you will be responsible to..
Drive marketing activities and campaigns for Postpaid customer base including Pre to Post, Plan Upgrades & Downgrades and Postpaid churn
Analyse and report performance on key base management KPIs which are Net Migrations, Plan Movements and Churn
Manage interactions with support departments which a Telesales teams and sales teams
Own & Manage accountable for Postpaid Churn & Outflow Value, Prepaid to Postpaid migrations and Postpaid Plan Upgrades & Net Plan Movements
المهارات
Apply if you have…
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar from a highly accredited University/College
Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and presentation skills
High sense of ownership
Excellent Communication skills
Results driven, puts customers first, and gives strong attention to detail
