Coordinating with Advertising agencies on specific campaigns related to following up on briefs, supply chain & deliverables.
Manage and ensure execution of Moteri print & digital presence including all social media and web/app platforms.
Manage Moteri Marketing budget and maintain statement of budget VS. expenses while ensuring the same is updated with accounts dept. on monthly basis.
Prepare and maintain claim reports related to advertisement & sales promotion activities of the dept. and submit to the principals on a regular basis. Regular reporting / Documents development & compilation.
In charge of all Moteri marketing procurement process, SAP requests, PO process and supplies evaluation of documents.
Attend meetings and visit all service locations on monthly basis to ensure all marketing needs are adhered to.
Handle independently tasks related to events management and branding by following up all tasks with minimal supervision.
Monthly submission of Market after sales competitor ad report.
In charge of Moteri marketing gifts and promotional items.
Coordinating with legal & administration department to obtain necessary ministry approvals for Moteri Campaigns.
Responsible for content and maintaining Moteri website.
Follow up on all requirements received from the social media channels with the respective departments.
Ensure Moteri products/services are marketed both internally and externally.
Measure campaigns performance and submit reports to management looking with data analytics view.
Explore opportunities to generate new business and approach new clients in a professional, corporate manner.
