الوصف الوظيفي · Is responsible for filling and managing the adequate Human Resources to be managed from Qatar and to determine which items will be designed and which ones will be manufactured in Lebanon v/s Qatar · Oversee recruitment and training of new employees · Control local staff including their productivity, attitude and payroll. Direct the employee assessment process · Is responsible for Procurement of items to be purchased from Qatar (purchase above $1000 requiring Lebanon authorization) and items to be purchased from Lebanon · Explore options for manufacturing in Qatar and control costs, productivity and quality. · Oversee day-to-day operations including design, manufacturing and installation activities in Qatar · Is responsible for meeting budgets and optimizing expenses · Supervise accounting department activities · Make sure of compliance with Qatari law including audit requirements, payroll reporting, health and safety regulations and reporting to Qatari Ministry of Finance and Labor · Manage relationship with sponsor and make sure of its benefit to the company · Set policies and processes · Prepare regular reports for upper management · Provide solutions to issues (profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) Wood Works experience is a must المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/general-manager-4464458/ |
