Work and form relationships with hiring managers to know the hiring needs and specifications of their departments
Develop and release job postings on various platforms
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from interview preparation until onboarding them
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies.
Revising HR policies as required and ensuring that fair employment practices are implemented.
Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes.
Other daily responsibilities assigned, that deemed fit by the reporting manager
