Responsible to achieve targeted budget value & contribution %.
Sales
Responsible for Sales in Non Food to achieve targeted budget value & contribution
Shrinkage & Wastage
Action plan over stock and non selling items for non-returnable items
Negotiate with supplier for compensation.
Support & Monitor the operation team shrinkage & wastage through implemented loss prevention and shrink procedures
Income
Supplier Promotion DC Rental
Negotiate, Implement and Manage Non Food commercial contracts so as to achieve Company’s target
Responsible to negotiate with supplier for BDA & Non BDA income.
Identify sku’s, Negotiate, Implement and Manage promotion income so as to achieve Company’s customer growth targets.
Maximize space usage for balanced back and front rental income
Negotiate Implement and Manage Non food commercial contracts so as to ensure DC profitability.
Expenses
Control and manage all Non Food Commercial expenses within the Budget
Others
Stockholding, Staff, Equipment,Customer, Social responsibility, Loyalty programs
Implement strategy to maintain optimum and healthy stock.
Manage the range to conform with customers expectations.
Manage and develop the staff to achieve yearly target and company goals.
Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
Plan and improve the customer foot through innovative and latest trends initiatives like Loyalty program strategy
المهارات
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
CSCM certification preferred
Experience:
Proven experience as purchasing manager or other relevant role
Proven history of developing effective inventory management policies
Strong knowledge of supply chain management
Job related skills
Demonstrated understanding of retail industry and category trends
Strong analytical skills
Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best commercial deals & profit from suppliers
Team player.
Efficiently using computerized programs to manage items performances, reports and analysis.
Ability to build successful relationships with all parties of the supply chain network.
Good communication skills.
Problem solving and process management skills
