Role Objective:
The Property Coordinator shall be responsible for the management and supervision of established processes related to Retail Tenants during the design and fit-out phase of their leased space in order for the Retail Stores to open for trade within the timeframe stipulated in the lease agreement or as per Management approval, and in compliance with company policies to support the department’s objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Preparation of technical fact sheet of the retail space, as and when required by Retail Leasing Team.
To attend pre-technical meetings with Retail Leasing and tenant, prior to signing the lease agreement.
Arrange site inspection in coordination with the FM team. Follow up with concerned departments, in case of any discrepancies noticed during the inspection.
To prepare the documents and attend kick-off meeting with Retail Leasing and tenant.
Ensure that appropriate documentation is obtained at various stages of the Design / Fit-out process, such as Concept
Approval, Construction Drawing Approval, MEP Installation Inspections &Final;Inspection Certificate from all the respective stakeholders timeously.
Manage and Monitor the Design process and Fit-out work of Retail Tenants in coordination with the Tenant representatives, Development Directorate, FM team, and HSE.
Ability to maintain an ongoing and comprehensive project tenant schedule. Coordinate with all tenants pre construction/construction meetings. Manage the consultants for tenant construction projects. Coordinate all tenant tie-ins to the Landlord system.
To prepare bi-weekly & monthly management reports on which income/expenditure and the progress of the project in terms of occupancy can be evaluated in order for senior management to make informed decisions on business policies.
Continually review processes, which can improve the fit-out timeline in order to have retail stores open within the stipulated timeframe. Responsible for the daily upkeep of project status updates.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Experience
5 to 7 years of experience in tenant coordination and facility management.
