Contracts Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
The Contracts manager is assigned to Lead procurement and contractual role for the delivery of projects by providing related Quantity Surveying support, drafting and reviewing any contractual letters as required, attends to all project meetings and ensuring full compliance of the contracts in the best interest of Ashghal during all stages of the Project, including commercial close out.

المهارات
Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes; preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail related experience
Relevant Professional membership
Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects
In-depth knowledge of project controls procedures
University degree from a recognised university in an appropriate field such as Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Commercial Management or Construction Management or equivalent
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
Driver’s License
Preference will be given to PMP qualified or equivalent professionals
Arabic Language skills and Master’s Degree in relevant field is desirable.
Experience of working in Qatar and / or the Gulf region is mandatory
Available immediately with valid work visa in Qatar
