Handle customer questions
Confirm orders and reservations placed with field sales representatives
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements and promotions
Identifies prospects by reading telephone directories or other media
Conduct customer or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers
Ensure the reservation closure
Follow up customer payments
Reports and suggests changes needed for operational efficiency
Oversee the events logistics coordination
Attends to customers and provide information related to costs, dates, schedules, activities and services available
Elaborate parties’ sales strategy with the Group Sales Manager
Coordinates all activities involved in parties’ experience for proper performance
Ensures on time, in line, availability of resources required
Control expenses per party event
Guarantee suppliers payment
Elaborate monthly, biannual and annual party’s income reports
Ensures budget availability
Develop Sales Projection and deliver reports
Provide solutions in order to increase parties’ sales
Perform promotional activities oriented to parties’ sales plan
Control parties supplies and consumables stock

. Minimum 3 years of sales experience and customer satisfaction
· Sales Strategies Knowledge
. Quality Focus, Driving Results, Creativity and Innovation
. Negotiating, Relationship Building, Influence and Persuasion
. Arabic Speaker will be an added advantage
