Purpose:
Reporting to the Coordinator, Allocations, the Supervisor, Allocations is responsible for designating drivers to bus and specific routes at the direction of the Coordinator, Allocations.
Designates drivers to bus and specific routes.
Ensure drivers are available at designated locations.
Assist in managing driver rest periods.
Implement driver bus routes roster/system service changes, as directed.
Be mindful of State rules, regulations and laws relating to TBS operations, including Worker Welfare and HSSE.
Participates in Test Events/Trips of new revised systems routes.
المهارات
Qualifications:
University degree preferred
Fluent in English (fluent in Arabic a plus)
Event Experience:
Preferably work-related experience, and any combination of education and training, which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
Previous experience within an event environment is an advantage
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Performs well in a busy and sometimes stressful environment
Attention to detail is important
Good interpersonal management skills
Good people management skills.
