Tournament Bus Services (TBS) Scheduler

Purpose:

Reporting to the Coordinator, Scheduling, the Supervisor, Scheduling, will assist in the implementation of the TBS schedules and operator work run assignments to ensure smooth and efficient Tournament Time bus system operations. Responsible for managing driver allocations against the available rosterw (e.g. rest, location, trained routes)

Primary Duties:

Operates according to given system schedules.
Manages driver allocation against available rosters.
Advises drivers of all bus route service changes.
Advises of bus operating schedules.
Be mindful of State rules, regulations and laws relating to TBS operations, including Worker Welfare and HSSE.
Participates in Test Events/Trips of new revised systems routes.
المهارات
Qualifications:

University degree preferred
Fluent in English (fluent in Arabic a plus)
Event Experience:

Minimum 5 years of progressive responsibilities and work-related experience, and any combination of education and training, which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job, combined with demonstrated professional growth and achievement
Previous involvement in planning and operating complex events in size and nature of FIFA World Cup.
Knowledge and Skills Required:

Familiar with MS Office Suite
Performs well in a highly busy and sometimes stressful environment
Attention to detail is important
Good interpersonal skills.
