الوصف الوظيفي § Prepare both rough sketches and detailed multi-view drawings for concept presentation purpose with CADD systems. § Perform calculations for materials and weight limitations. § Update drafting and engineering standards to ensure accurate reflection on designs. § Communicate with architects and engineers, and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings. § Prepare, review and redraft alongside the engineering team. § Validate approved drawings against actual work on site. § Support the job Estimation process with regard to material, quantity and size § Interact with Project Team and Client (End User) to update/correct drawings during design process if required. § Maintain organized file system for produced and approved drawings. § Carry out any other assigned task and duty assigned by Executive Management Technical Officer GIS § Prepare & manage the GIS data as required. § Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) of the GIS data. § Creating GIS & CAD maps/layouts upon request § Perform QA/QC reports as per the GIS requirements Analyzing and creating new GIS requirements for the department § Provide GIS Information upon request § Converting the data from CAR to Shape files and applu topology, attributing and posting to SDE server § Develop and manager digital maps using geospatial data and analyze spatial and non spatial information § Support GIS application base on growin business demands. § Plan & coordinate GIS activities to meet outlined goals § Perform data capture and analysis for GIS product § Oversee data flow, management, and distribution activities to support GIS § Manage geospatial database and develop maps & aerial photography § Maintain geospatial documentations for reference purposes § Work in compliance with GIS standards and quality policies § Provide technical guidance to GIS user when needed § Assist technical team in system design and development § Stay abreast with latest developments in GIS field § Review and resolve day to day questions and issues that may arise through the use of Maximo EAMS integrated with Ashgal issues § Create and manage online tools using spatial data; designs and implement spatial databases Gather, verify, and maintain accuracy of spatial data received from a variety of sources المهارات § Strong communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing § Analytical and problem solving ability § Decision-making § Ability to lead and manage teams and projects § Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications from a holistic perspective Knowledge in construction material, Auto Cad system and Engineering designing تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/tournament-bus-services-tbs-technical-officer-4450342/ |
