OVERVIEW :
An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to the Fusion transformation Journey. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle products and technology to meet the needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Perform professional duties related to the development of Business Applications/Solutions using Oracle E-Business and Fusion Application. Technologies will mainly be concentrating on Fusion Application, Oracle EBS v 12.4 and BI. Focus is on Financial, HRSM, SCM Modules and integration with PaaS extensions. Act as ambassadors for Oracle Solutions throughout the Fusion transformation engagement.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with vendors in transforming On Premise implementations to Cloud implementations or develop fresh Cloud implementations.
Ability to advise Project team for the best implementation development practices, service subscriptions, operational practices for fusion applications.
Worked in development of VBCS based applications embedded with Fusion, approval setup, and Integrations in OIC.
Build, manage and maintain components and services based on the Oracle technologies and standards adopted in the department in coordination with the Business Analyst.
Build user interface and design databases using Oracle EBS technologies and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Perform performance monitoring on the developed components of EBS & Fusion
Provide support to EBS systems implementation projects by setting up development and testing environments in coordination with the PMO and Business Analyst by acquiring technical knowledge and expertise during training or through hand-on work experience.
Execute testing scenarios on implemented Applications.
Identify problems and suggest solutions and escalate to vendors (e.g. Oracle Support) if needed.
Plan and coordinate implementation of changes, upgrades, patches and new versions, through proper change control processes.
Develop and maintain required interfaces between various systems.
Organize and administer training assistance when needed for IT staff as well as end users.
Adhere to best practices and standards like ITIL and SDLC.
Work with the Senior Analysts to analyze Business requirements to determine potential solution designs, anticipated issues.
Work with the IT strategy team to ensure business requirements align with the architecture framework, models, platforms, designs, strategy, technology selection.
Mentor junior software developers on design patterns and development best practice
Support the creation of SOWs, High-Level designs and validate assets to support tender and special projects requirements
Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :
10+ years of applied experience working on large scale projects
4+ Years of expert level Oracle Fusion application project development experience in OIC (VBCS, Processes, Integration with EBS, Siebel, etc. with REST and SOAP services and Administration), Data Loading, Approval Management, BI Tools, personalization, IDCS , Oracle JET etc.
6+ years of expert level Oracle EBS Suite development experience in OA Framework, ADF, Sql/Plsql, Forms, Reports, Discoverer, Workflows in modules like HR, FIN, PROC and Integration
Delivering at least 3 -6 Enterprise-level Projects for both Oracle EBS and Fusion Applications
Experience with Enterprise Applications v 12.4 and Fusion Application
Cloud Integration experience
Service Security implementation
Oracle Open Interfaces & APIs for e-Business and Fusion Standard Adapters
Full documentation (AIM methodology) including Technical Design and Installation Documents and Fusion True cloud methodology.
CERTIFICATION :
Certifications and Accreditations that support the area of expertise
IT industry standards and frameworks certificates such as ITIL, COBIT, CISSP, TOGAF
EDUCATION :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
Degree or equivalent depth of knowledge of a technical field (Professional vendor courses)
