Architecture (3D Visualizer) in ELM International

الوصف الوظيفي
· Develop creative solutions-based plans for customer(s) for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility

· Develop the design drawings for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility

· Inspect the work to ensure its adherence to the design plans for the area(s) with the scope of responsibility.

· Ensure effective coordination and follow-up with the relevant functions and entities to secure the statutory approvals, permissions, licenses and other related official documents for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.

· Represent the company in meeting(s) as required in line with the approved strategy and plans for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.

· Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers

· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective running of processes within the area(s) of responsibility.

· Prepare timely and accurate reports within the area(s) of responsibility.

· Maintain the physical and electronic archives and filling system(s) at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility including confidential records.

· Ensure effective dissemination of information/ documents at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.

· Identify and propose improvement initiatives based on current performance and/or future requirements and oversee their implementation for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.

· Observe QHSSE Best-Practice guidelines and/or approved applicable policies and procedures for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge on local statutory requirements, applicable standards, global trends and technological advancements in the core lines of the operations at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility and utilize this knowledge to develop performance.

· Perform any relevant additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the immediate superior(s).

المهارات
· Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadline. 

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, systems and software relative to the job

· Specialized in 3D visualization, creating Interior/Exterior Perspectives through 3D modelling and able to

produce realistic architectural rendering work using 3Ds Max and Vray. The post production should come

directly from Vray rendering.

· Creative, artistic, adaptable, flexible and has a critical eye for details.

· Good lighting and realistic physical material skills.

· Animation experience is an added advantage.

. Proficient in the following software: 3D Studio Max, Vray, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite.

. Excellent business communication & presentation skills.

. Fluent in English & Arabic is beneficial.
