Position Summary
The Recruitment Assistant provides support in managing tasks related to hiring of employees covering a range of activities.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinates and follow up with candidates for fulfilling of required documentation.
Assists in scheduling of interviews and other appointments for candidates.
Assists in conducting reference checks for prospective candidates.
Assists in completing the paperwork for completing a hiring or employee status change activity.
Coordinates with recruitment platforms for posting of job advertisements and payments.
Serves as liaison with other Divisions and vendors (Background Check, Training Institutes etc.) for ongoing requests.
Coordinates for shopping cart requests and verification of invoices in line with the provided guidelines.
Provides assistance in drafting any relevant communication or conducting any required desk research.
Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to multi-task within demanding time frames.
Attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Experience in usage of Microsoft office products.
Well versed in written and spoken English.
