Scaffolding Supervisor / Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
· Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day scaffold supervision of the project and control of multinational labor force.

· Responsible for implementation and coordination of the scope of work for the construction works.

· Project Schedule: This will be achieved whilst maintaining the standards of safety and quality defined in the company procedures.

· Distribute the workload evenly among the foremen working under him for a steady and smooth running of the job

· Be thorough with the project specification/procedure and guide his foremen in executing the job.

· Conduct toolbox meetings on a weekly basis to emphasize the importance of Quality, Health, and Safety and Environment policy and clients safety-related needs.

· Plan the scaffolding scope to a level of detail to enable sound decision making and clear definition of weekly work scope to those executing the work.

· Forecast all material and safety equipment required for the scope of work to be undertaken safely onshore and offshore.

· Demonstrate good planning and organization in your day-to-day activities.

· Ensure that each employee is adequately trained, qualified to execute the work assignment competently and safely

· Monitor productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance.

· Provide accurate feedback to the Project Manager and address any issues of poor quality /productivity and take action where appropriate.

· Administration, control and supervise the scaffold inspection, quality, and fall prevention equipment, low-level access {alloy mobiles and delta decks} and, a frame ladder inspection register Etc…

· Be proactive in the approach to safety issues.

· Participate in TBT and all Safety Stand Downs.

· Ensure employee compliance with Company HSE policies, Philosophy, and Procedures.

· Ensure that each employee is adequately trained and competency assessed to work assignments particular attention shall be paid to new employees.

· Ensure when working at height that all employees are trained and competent in the use of all fall arrest equipment.

· Report to Project Manager on day to day basis regarding work progress/productivity

المهارات
· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering).

· 15 Years of experience.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).

· Excellent communication skills

· Proven Supervisory Scaffolding experience

· A Nationally Recognized Advanced Scaffolding certificates
