The candidate should have experience in preparing syrup as agreed stock levels as per Beverage Documents formula, maintains the equipment and control the wastages efficiently. Oversees the quality and quantity of concentrate and Acidulant (staging) prior to use to ensure to Follow FIFO, Operating syrup process equipment’s, performing Sanitations, CIP Chemical preparations experience is a must. He should actively participates in quality, food safety and sugar yield efficiency improvement program of the plant. Knowledge in AIB, ISO/ FSSC audits will be an added advantage. The candidate Possess good communication skills in English & Stability/ persistence in work pressure. The candidate should report to Syrup Room In charge or Quality Control Supervisor. Good knowledge in troubleshooting the syrup room problems is mandatory. Working knowledge in pneumatic sugar conveying system will be an added advantage.

Intermediate or Diploma in Food Tech or in Chemical Tech. or equivalent qualification. Candidate should have 8 to 10 years hands on work experience in batch process in a food industry. Awareness in GMP and GHK procedures.
