الوصف الوظيفي Screen applications and schedules applicants for interview prepare job offers for selected applicants Coordinate the visa processing with PRO prior to deployment Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation Ensuring a smooth deployment process of newly hired applicants Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information, organizing work, answering the telephone, relaying messages Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential Maintains quality service by following organization standards Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintains knowledge of and ensures compliance with employment-related policies and regulations as supervised by the superior. Performs and specializes in Recruitment and coordinates with Licensing of medical staff according to designation. follows up and Coordinate with the Recruitment agencies to fulfill the required positions. coordinates and follows up with the respective transportation and accommodation supervisors to facilitate the newly joined staffs on time. Performs other duties as assigned by the HR Manager المهارات Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration. Experience : 5-6 years of experience (Mid Level) Expertise areas in Recruitment ,ERP system and Knowledge of HR Functions Language : Bilingual. NOC Required with valid QID.
