With us you will:

Be responsible for Enterprise services design during HLD and LLD phases, his/her job is to deliver efficient solutions that meets customers’ needs. This job requires experience with data, IP Networks, mobile and converged Technologies as well as knowledge of Telecom Services and Service Provider Solutions/Products. Candidates should have at least 5 year experience in Solution Design preferably for Enterprise Services.
The Enterprise Solutions Engineer is responsible to prepare HLD and LLD for enterprise solutions.
Consolidation and completion of the E2E design of Enterprise Services.
He/she is accountable to coordinate the design process with all involved parties, internal and external.
Accountable to align with and obtain the necessary approvals from Networks, Security, IS and Operations teams.
Review and validate all Enterprise Service related proposals from outsourced partners in light of customer requirements, network quality & cost efficiency.
Provide the SOW, HLD/LLD, BoQ with costs and a project schedule for the E2E solutions.
Delivers presentations for Fixed and Mobile enterprise solutions.
Support Presales for new opportunities to get a better understanding of the customers’ needs.
Support the delivery team during non-standard services delivery.
المهارات
Apply if you have:

Bachelor degree (or higher) in telecommunication and electronics engineering or similar areas
At least 5 years of telco experience with 3 years of experience in Enterprise solutions design.
Experience with products such as but not limited to FTTx, Internet & VPN Services, DWDM, SIP & Contact Centre solutions, UC/HCS, SDWAN, Managed Services, Wi-Fi, Security products, Private APNs, MCPTT, Cloud and Smart solutions…etc
Experience with Fixed, Mobile and international carriers networks.
IP hands-on experience is a plus
Be a self-starter; proactive; flexible and determined. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Be able to work under pressure of tight deadlines and often-changing requirements.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
