A compliance manager is a professional that works to maintain a company’s legal and ethical integrity. Their main role is to ensure that company policy is being followed by all department members and that the organization’s messaging and behavior reflect the rules and regulations of the company.
The role’s main responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Perform regular audits, design control systems and help to design and implement company policies.
Regularly reviewing and evaluating company adherence to policies and regulations.
Overseeing all business operations relating to compliance.
Designing and managing control systems to deal with compliance violations.
Delivering employee training on compliance issues.
المهارات
Possess and demonstrate excellent understanding of communication.
Demonstrate sharp strategic thinking and effective problem solving skills and the ability to influence.
Excellent communicator at multiple levels of the organization.
Minimum 7 years of experience as Compliance Officer.
Bachelor degree concentration in accounting, economics, law, finance or business administration.
Experience in applying risk management frameworks.
Show training and leadership capability
