Location- Doha ******************************************************************************************************************* Job Description Setup a centralised IT Operations and Service centre to optimize IT services and facilitate business needs. This includes but not limited to: Manage end to end IT Service delivery including IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service desk & support and Security Ops Please share CV - sandeep.dwivedi at ppldynamics.com المهارات · Manage the Service Delivery team including IT Ops, Infrastructure (Data centres, Servers & Network), Security Ops, Incident Management, IT user support and associated third party services · Monitor, coordinate and manage the performance of services provided by external service providers as agreed in relevant SLAs & contracts and ensure that the service levels are achieved, and customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeded · Accountable for the networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi and Mobile) ensuring a suitable level of performance, security, and contingency · Provide architectural and design input to strategic direction for the development of the Data Communications Network and supporting Infrastructure environment · Manage the performance and availability of the Network infrastructure including core routers & switches, data centre and WAN switches, firewalls, load balancers and other network appliances; and · the performance and availability of the Network services including the proxy, DNS, DHCP, remote access and authentication. · Produce and/or review high level and detailed designs pertaining to the Network · Be responsible for the network infrastructure life cycle from planning, sourcing, supplier management, operational excellence whilst balancing cost, demand &risk;· To ensure that appropriate maintenance processes are in place to protect the performance of the service · Manage Service Delivery risks and issues and implement action plans where appropriate to address · Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews · Managing allocation of resources and Prioritising work activities to ensure delivery of priority items and support tickets · Establishing and tracking service metrics and providing regular reporting to management · Manage Service Delivery budgets and contracts · Writing high quality documentation including Memos, Briefing Notes, Options Papers and Procurement documentation Required Experience · BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field · 10 years of experience as a senior IT Infrastructure Manager or similar role within an IT function · Demonstrated successful track record in building & sustaining business relationships with clients at all levels · Strong knowledge and work experience of Microsoft technologies including Domain, SharePoint & O365 · Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines · Must have every quality of a leader and a strong strategic and business acumen. · Excellent knowledge of IT cloud systems, Infrastructure, IAAS, PAAS, SAAS and consistently keep up to date with advancements of the field · Background in designing, developing, planning and implementations of IT infrastructure systems · Change agent in driving organisational transformation.
