Maintain daily attendance, absence and leave record, and liaise with Corporate Payroll team to submit the relevant reports on the 15th of each month.
Manage the recruitment and hiring process at Al Rawda Farm in terms of sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews. In parallel, work closely and liaise with Corporate HR team to assist in completing and submitting the relevant recruitment documents for review and final approval (Job Offers, RR Form, New Joiner Approval Form, Sponsorship transfer, etc.) from CHRO, Group CFO and the Chairman.
Prepare monthly HR operational reports to the Corporate HR on key areas such as payroll variance, recruitment, employee status amendments, sickness and absences and other employee relations’ issues.
Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations/hearings, exit interviews, and submit a copy of all findings and reports to Corporate HR.
Provide guidance and support to line managers supervisors and employees, and ensure that policies and procedures are implemented in the farm.
Conduct general orientation on accommodation rules and relevant HR policies and procedures.
Set up and create relevant HR policies where necessary to ensure legal, and health and safety compliance.
Inform Corporate HR about any changes to maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Liaise and work with Corporate PRO department to make sure visas/transfers are issued/processed in a timely manner.
Conduct daily and regular inspection of all labour and onsite staff accommodation to ensure health and safety compliance with ministry regulations.
Plan, initiate and implement projects to maintain a clean, orderly, healthy, and safe environment for onsite accommodation.
Roll out and initiate HR initiatives to improve engagement, reduce absenteeism and other work-related issues.
Address and report employee concerns relating to welfare to the management of the farm and Corporate HR team.
المهارات
Minimum 4 years of experience as a generalist HR Officer, preferably in the poultry industry.
University degree in HR or related discipline.
Good understanding of Qatar Labour Law.
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
Indian-Speaker is a Must.
