Manage the assigned Brand or group of Brands by preparing the commercial, analytical and marketing activities studies and reports
Assists the Marketing and Sales Managers in concerned meetings of related brands/categories
Build, in conjunction with the Marketing Supervisor and Sales Manager, the yearly sales target per brand per SKU per channel per client
Track the brand(s) performance through Sales and marketing reports by channel, by region, by the supervisor by a salesman by SKU.
Build yearly Marketing plan & activity Calendar showing by month, by Brand(s), by Channel, by Categories: Major trade offers, major consumer promo offers, ATL Marketing activities, BTL, tactical Marketing activities, promotional events and other related activities.
Plan and justify Exhibitions and events
Suggest and Track Marketing campaigns then prepare performance analysis reports of “pre” and “post” campaigns, analyze and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications
Calculate all estimated Marketing costs and follow up closely throughout the year
Report to Marketing Supervisor and Top Management by presenting your monthly activities and their analysis and recommend future action plans, if necessary
Plan, prepare and coordinate, in time, all needed POSM: packing, stickers, barcode, pyramid rental in coordination with Graphic Designer Coordinator
Perform market visits on weekly basis and take corrective action plans in coordination with the Marketing Supervisor, Sales Department and Merchandising Unit
Perform continuous competition benchmarking and suggest price positioning when necessary
Monitor and archive Competitors’ marketing activities calendar by collecting Retail outlets flyers
Coordinate order placing with the Purchasing Department
Monitor and coordinate closely with the Sales & Purchasing Departments to secure orders & Merchandise are in place in time
Monitor and coordinate closely with the Merchandising unit to secure planograms are respected and events are in place in time
Train merchandisers on a regular basis
Respect and perform any task assigned by the manager not mentioned in the job description, contribute to improving the work.
