Sets SMART team objectives in line with the business strategy according to company guidelines to lead and coach the sales team on how to achieve the SMART objective through high service level and execution excellence.
Analysis and Coordination
· Target tracking by customer and route.
· Competitive analysis reporting
· Route KPIs tracking
Team Management and Motivation
· Recruiting, coaching, training the staff under his management
· Coordinating with different functions to solve day to day operation
Customer Relationship
· Collecting customer feedback and market research
· Develop existing customer through building relations and follow up
· Recruiting new customers within the geography covered

The job requires good understanding of FMCG products
Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in Sales area;
Requires attention to details in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information, competitor’s strategy, promotions, market trends, etc;
Depending on the nature of a business, a sales supervisor may be responsible for taking care of clients in a geographic region and be the person called with problems. Managing a specific sales territory often involves travel to meet with customers to ensure that operations are smooth and to reinforce the strength of the relationship.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills used to direct/persuade/influence others, strong communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others.
Clear verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience on a similar position in FMCG field.
Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
Strong knowledge in customer service
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
