Define, maintains & upgrade information technology strategies, architecture, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
Conduct research and implement technological solutions and submit suggestions / recommendations to executive management.
Prepare periodic IT report of IT department`s activities, milestone and project progress for submission to executive management
Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Ensure safe and secure work environment in head office as well as all the companies under group
Define, maintain, and test IT disaster recovery plan and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
Prepare, manage and monitor IT budget for head office and all companies
Contribute to pre-opening activities of new business, sites, properties, offices of the group in different sectors and line of business
Lead team of IT operation. Manage IT support requirements for all IT users in the group
Plan, evaluate, and manage all annual IT Service and Maintenance contracts.
Evaluate vendors, suppliers and partners for short term, long term needs of all companies under group
المهارات
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems
7-15 years of experience working in IT operations & strategy with 5 years in managerial experience
Effective business communication and interpersonal skills
Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies and business sectors
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems, cloud technologies
Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
Experience in leading end to end ERP implementation in a group of companies
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
