Advises on all legal, commercial and contractual issues to senior members of company. Establishes and implements effective subcontracts management leadership, systems, methods and procedures and participates and leads subcontract management strategy development and implementation to ensure the required services are provided to Company.
المهارات
Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
Minimum 10 years’ experience to include Contract Development and in Post Award Contract Management.
Extensive practical and leadership experience in the relevant discipline, in the same or similar industry, including extensive knowledge of procurement laws, practices, and standards.
Demonstrated knowledge of contracting practices, principles applied and experience in managing and leading a team.
Previous working experience in Qatar on similar projects is preferred.
