الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for the management and enhancement of the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

المهارات
*Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or other related area.

*Minimum of 7 years of progressive ‎experience in Human Resources field, with at least 5 years in people development designations.

*Knowledge of the latest talent development tools/ techniques and concepts

*Solid understanding of key HR processes and activities

*Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionally address confidential matters

*Very good communication skills

*Very good understating of Qatar Labor Law

*Knowledge of standard office applications (MS Office package)
