الوصف الوظيفي - Plans, organize, directs and controls activities related to the procurement functions. - Section building on a solid foundation of transparency and professionalism and in line with international standards, and in line with the stated policies and objectives of the group and subsidiaries. - Perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories. Main targets · The strategic and tactical coordination and management of all procurement operations, tenders and contracts and support the group and subsidiaries satisfaction with high efficiency. Key tasks · The job holder is completely responsible for the entire procurement department including purchase and all tenders and contracts related tasks. · Set objectives and deliver results for the procurement function. · Manages, leads, schedules, allocates and monitors work of procurement team members. · Work closely with all departments for the group and its subsidiaries. · Utilize ERP system in the management if procurement operations. · Analysis market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability, and prepares any analysis. · Source and maintains suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a better price while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct. · Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness · Oversees required purchasing processes (e.g. orders, requisitions and RFQ for supplies, bids for potential commodities, supplies equipment and services, etc.) for the purpose of acquiring necessary resources to support district operation. · Establishment and update, management, Create and monitor the supplier’s activities such as: supplier registration - approved suppliers - supplier’s Evaluation and support in finding and update supplier database. · Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability · Achieving department objectives policies to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints. · Establish, implement compliance with purchasing policies and procedures and best practices. · Participates in required meetings, in-service training, workshops, etc. for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions. · Monitor supplier and vendor compliance with contractual agreements. · Updates and monitors department’s KPI’s. · Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of procurement activities and submit to direct manager. · Attends meeting if required. · Provides other support to direct manager, as may require from time to time. المهارات Requirements/Criteria · At least 7-10 years of hands-on experience in real estate field. Bachelor’s degree in logistics or any equivalent degree.
