The Leasing Executive is responsible for leasing the COMMERCIAL units offered for rent and attract and retain tenants and negotiate to achieve the best possible outcome.
Driving the achievements of monthly and annual revenue targets by leasing.
Process the request received from Customer Care/Call Centre, then communicate with potential clients to visit the units available for rent and schedule a visit date.
Accompany the clients to inspect the unit sought for leasing and choose the unit to be leased according to the customer requirements.
Issue a 24-hours reservation form, until cheque is provided, and the contract is concluded.
Signing the contract and the furniture checklist form for the leased premises by the client and issuing a copy of the contract in order to render to the cashier and provide the checks.
Issue a Fit-out Request for the leased premises to the Maintenance and Facilities Department.
Schedule a date for the delivery of the unit and its keys with the tenant.
Hand over the keys to the tenant and give him/her the contact list for maintenance requests and complaints.
Professionally deal with tenants to conduct renewal of contracts.
Carry out leasing works negotiations, handle tenants complain, queries and receiving potential clients and transfer it into real deal.
Coordinate with other department to ensure effective and efficient operation of the leasing.
Ensure all the necessary documentation required in the fulfilment of activities such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving out and renovation.
Ensure to coordinate with direct manager before finalizing renewals of existing tenants or cancellation of contracts.
Follow company’s target lines to ensure successful achievement
Attend to tenants and clients’ needs and provide optimal level of service.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of leasing activities and submit to direct manager.
Attends meeting if required.
Provides other support to direct manager, as may required from time to time.
المهارات
· At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in real estate field.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent.
· Strong working knowledge handling new leasing contracts, negotiation, and renewal exposure to leasing department in real estate industry particularly in the middle east is preferred.
· Working knowledge of legal clauses in lease agreement.
· Strong command of Leasing policies and procedures.
· Qatar market exposure.
· Holding valid driving license in Qatar is a must.
· Transferable visa.
· Can join immediately.
