Installs and configures computer hardware, operating systems and applications
Troubleshoots system and network problems, and diagnoses/solves hardware and software faults
Follows instructions to set up systems or repair faults
Sets up user & sgqt accounts and profiles
Logs all helpdesk interactions
Records, updates and documents requests accurately using the IT service desk system
Works continuously on a task and follows-up to ensure completion
Responds to callouts within agreed time limits
Prioritizes and manages multiple requests effectively
Follows standard helpdesk procedures
Identifies and escalates issues that require urgent attention
Maintains a first-class level of customer service by ensuring effective and professional client service
Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization
Maintains and supports manufacturer, dealer, and sgqts hardware & applications
المهارات
Must be certified in
ITIL
Microsoft Certification Windows 10 , Microsoft Office.
Must have knowledge in the following:
Knowledge in Mac OS
CCTV system
Service Desk
Atleast 2-3 years experience.
Local candidates with NOC is highly advantageous.
