Telecommunication and Support Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
The Telecommunication and support Engineer is responsible for Administrating internal/external, telecommunication systems, troubleshoot issues arising in telecommunication, and provide technical support to, problems related to telecommunication connectivity to ensure minimum downtime, thus achieving user satisfaction and also responsible for Providing first/second level user supports to the company and its subsidiaries system users and participate in establishing and the maintenance of the service standard. Maintains an inventory control system that registers hardware and software assets. Ensures to provide efficient services to end-users.

Knowledge of All Avaya And Cisco Unified Communication systems
Skilled in BASH (Shell) programming
Skilled in VOIP call routing.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
Ability to work in a team environment and/or as an individual contributor, as required.
Problem-solving skills and Technical report writing and documentation skills.
Knowledge of Python Programming language
Knowledge of HTML, PHP programming languages
Skilled in Linux environment
Knowledge of Data center management like VM-ware Citrix Hyper-V and other Virtualization technologies
Knowledge of various virtualization features V-center, V-motion, HA DRS V-SAN V-networking, Fault tolerance etc
Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, AD, NTP, Microsoft Exchange,
Knowledge of Microsoft Servers 2008 R2 ,2012 Data center etc.
Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, FTP
Knowledge of Data Infrastructure Switching, Routing, Firewall
Knowledge of Avaya CTI Solutions, IVR,
Knowledge of SIP, H.323, various other VOIP protocols
Knowledge of Red Hat Linux (RHEL)
Knowledge of various OS and application deployments
Knowledge of software installation
Knowledge of hardware installation.
Knowledge of network cabling
Knowledge of Microsoft Product Such as (MS Office, Windows 7.8.1. 10)
Knowledge of configuring Wi-Fi and IPT for the users
Knowledge of printer installation
