Lease Preparation and all related administration such as drafting of Offers to Lease, Renewals, Lease Abstracts & Addendums;
Coordination of deals with different company divisions – Accounting, Property Management and Legal;
Critical date and due diligence tracking;
Maintaining and creating efficient filing and electronic storage of documentation;
Following up with Tenants regarding Lease return or any documentation concerns;
Responsible for all leasing related invoice payments related to commissions, events, proposal costs, etc.
Coordination with in-house marketing providing leasing reports required.
Liaising with in-house counsel for any legal requirements;
Managing Client Relationship and Tenant databases;
Assisting the Accounting & Finance Departments with monthly reporting, yearly property revenue budgets & re-financing tasks;
Monthly review of all up-coming renewals and communication of information to Leasing, Accounting and Property Management teams.
Monthly communication and notification to Property Management regarding upcoming move outs and new tenants;
Recording and tracking of all new deals and renewals completed; and
File organization, photocopying, and filing.
المهارات
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel);
Experience of working with legal documents, preferably real estate Leases;
Highly detail oriented;
Strong organizational skills;
Proven ability to work in high pressured environments with tight deadlines;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team; and
Willing to take initiative and ownership with tasks.
