الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for Dispatchers for a car service company in Qatar. The main roles of the above is to be the focal contact point between customers, our agents & outside vendors. REQUIREMENTS 1. Valid Qatari Driving License 2. Able to transfer Sponsorship 3. Multilingual preferred: English, Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc… 4. Must have good organizational & analytical skills 5. A dispatcher would normally be required to: 1. Contact customers and get inquiries about jobs required 2. Prepare quotations to be approved by customers 3. Schedule the jobs efficiently to save on resources and increase outcome 4. Liaise with out partner vendors to obtain required parts or schedule jobs 5. Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation 6. Document and maintain records of service work carried out on vehicles. 7. Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule 8. Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency 9. Use the phone or computer to direct crews and other field units to the appropriate sites 10. Respond to queries related to products and deliveries 11. Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units 12. Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information 13. Keep shop vehicles clean and neat. 14. Keep abreast of technical updates and improvements relevant to the job. 15.
